Traffic Signal Maintenance

The City of Lee’s Summit is responsible for maintenance of traffic signals located within the City’s right-of-way. Traffic signals located along I-470, US-50, M-291, M-150 and respective interchanges with local streets and frontage roads are generally owned and maintained by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT).

• To request traffic signal maintenance for a City traffic signal, contact the Public Works Operations Division at (816) 969-1800 or contact us online.

Traffic Control Maintenance (Signs and Markings)
