Lee’s Summit, Mo. – At 10:00 pm Sunday evening officers were dispatched to 1299 SW Arborwalk Blvd (Meiners Phillips 66) on the report of an armed robbery. The clerk reported a black male entered the store wearing all black clothing and pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at him. After taking an undisclosed amount of money from the clerk the suspect struck the clerk on the back of the head and fled the store on foot.
The suspects clothing was further described as a black hooded jacket and skull pattern ski mask. The jacket worn by the suspect was distinctive and may be identifiable by others with noticeable snaps or metal buttons on the hood, lapels, pockets and sleeves.
