CLASSES ARE FREE FOR LPCC MEMBERS!
- Otherwise classes are $5 each (or $3 each with a Class Pass - Class Passes are $60 and allow for 20 classes!)

Land
Body Blast (50 min): For all fitness levels. A cardio tough, muscle strong, conditioning work out using body weight exercises, weights, resistance tubing and stability balls. Be fit and enjoy the challenge.
Boot Camp (50 min): For all fitness levels, a complete cardio and sculpt class focusing on sports conditioning, designed to MOTIVATE!
Cardio Fusion (50 min): For all fitness levels. A non stop workout that combines high and low impact aerobics with the intensity of strength training.
Functional Fitness (50 min): Using steps or traditional low impact, tubing or light hand weights, perfect for older, active adults, someone recovering from an injury/surgery or for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, or limited mobility.
Lift (50 min): For all fitness levels using hand weights, plated bars, tubing, and bands for a full body workout. Improve strength, muscle tone, definition, and flexibility!
Piyo Fusion (50 min): A great addition to your cardiovascular workouts. This class combines the flexibility of yoga and strength of Pilates using a variety of equipment.
Piyo (50 min): A combined strength & flexibility mat class using Pilates and Yoga in a flowing sequence. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Restorative Yoga (50 min): Help relieve effects of chronic stress by changing the relationship of the legs to gravity. Fluids return to the upper body, heart function is enhanced and it stimulates and soothes organs.
Final Cut (50 min): For all fitness levels. Gain functional strength and muscle conditioning with this time efficient, heart punping, total body workout using easy intervals resulting in weight loss and a toned body.
S.E.T (50 min): Strength and Endurance training. Cardiovascular exercise and resistance training combined makes this class a complete workout. Fun for all fitness levels.
Step Intervals (50 min): This easy to learn, high energy class will burn calories with basic step patterns and strength training designed for everyone.
Stretch & Tone (30 & 50 min): For all fitness levels. The primary focus is to tone, shape and increase flexibility in your muscles using light hand weights, tubing and bands.
Turbokick (50 min): The hottest kickboxing class around. You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action packed, super fun, safe and effective cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels.
TNT (Turbo-n-Tone): class add a variety of resistanct equipment creating a great toning workout comboned with exciting Turbokick choreography.
Ultimate Yoga (50 min): All levels welcome. A body-mind experience that focuses on flowing movements combined with isometric and flexion-based strengthening poses ending with a relaxing stretch.
Power Yoga (50 min): Focusing on basics of yoga poses and stretches that increase strength, flexibility and balance. An invigorating, motivating class that creates personal challenge for everyone.
Yoga Plus (50 min): All levels welcome. Focuses on techniques to improve breathing and flexibility utilizing basic as well as advanced yoga poses. Modifications are made for beginners.
Zumba (50 min): Combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is high energy with unique moves that help you dance away your worries. A true "feel happy" workout.
Happy Hour (50 min): A taste of fitness brought to you by your favorite LPCC instructors. Classes vary depending on instructor choice. Perfect for everyone to try something new!

LegacyCycle
Cycle (45 min): Work at your own pace riding hills, sprints and endurance drills. Bring a towel & water bottle. Heart rate monitor is suggested but not required.
Virtual Cycling (45 min): Journey through amazing scenery on country roads and experience breathtaking views from beaches to mountain side cliffs all while indoors in the LPCC cycle room. This instructor led cycling class will physically challenge you and tempt your taste for travel. V- indicates virtual rides.

101 (50 min): Designed to go at any pace/intensity. Water provides resistance & helps improve cardiovascular & muscular endurance, balance & muscular strength.
Plus (50 min): For intermediate to advanced individuals looking for a great cardiovascular class without the impact! Improves cardiovascular fitness & muscle strength & endurance.
