Fitness Class Descriptions
Balance Training
Experience smooth transitions for balance improvement. Abdominals, thighs, gluteals, back and arms are toned using simple, yet effective exercises either standing or sitting. Toning exercises are combined to challenge and shape your body.
Cross Train
Combines shorts bursts of strength training using hand weights and tubing with fun cardiovascular exercise for a well rounded, all over body workout. This class is for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.
Good Times Fitness
Combine easy toe tapping steps with great music to gain strength, balance and a stronger heart by adding some light weight resistance and flexibility.
Salsa!
Latin rhythms and great moves that help you dance away into your day.
Stretch & Tone
The primary focus is to tone, shape and increase flexibility in your muscles using light hand weight, tubing and bands. For all fitness levels.
Yoga
Yoga poses and methods will allow you to increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and increase stamina, lung capacity and overall wellness. A self-paced class for all levels and ages.
Yoga Basics
A self-paced class that allows yoga poses and methods using a chair to help increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and overall wellness.
Zumba
Combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is high energy with unique moves that help you dance away your worries.
Stretch Fusion
By combining simple yoga moves, elastic bands and handweights, this total body workout is suitable for all fitness levels.
CLASSES ARE FREE FOR GC FITNESS MEMBERS! Otherwise classes are $5 each (or less with Class Pass)
Sign up for a class 2 days in advance to guarantee your place while space is available. Space is limited so please arrive 5 minutes earlyas classes begin promptly at the designated time.
