Deposit and fees are due at the time the reservation is made.
1 If caterer is being used, the kitchen rental must be included with Shenandoah Room. Kitchen rental entitles renting party the use of kitchen appliances & ice machine.
2 Deposit fee is refunded according to the condition of the space.
Package Rates
“The Gamber Package”
- Includes Shenandoah Ballroom, Bistro and catering kitchen.
- Available for four consecutive hours. Additional hours available at per hour or after hour rates.
- Rates: >Resident / Member ($450*) >Non-resident ($555*)
“The Event Package”
- Includes Shenandoah Ballroom, Bistro and catering kitchen.
- Available in 12 hour blocks. Additional hours are available at per hour or after hour rates.
- Rates: >Resident / Member ($1350*) >Non-resident ($1600*)
* If alcohol will be served...
- Reservations must be made by persons 21 years of age or older.
- All applicable paperwork must be completed 90 days prior to your event.
- An additional $175 non-refundable service fee will be applied.
- Additional security must be provided by LSPD or Jackson Co Sheriffs. Gamber Staff will arrange the security. (Your billable time includes 30 minutes before and after event).
Regarding your rental...
- Saturday Ball Room rentals are limited to “Event Package”, unless event date is within 60 days.
- Rental for authorized use of facilities must be made by persons 18 years of age or older.
- The $100 refundable deposit (MC/Visa only) AND the rental fee is required at the time of reservation.
- We also offer a podium with microphone, table linens, baby grand piano and audio-visual equipment for additional fees.

Preferred Vendors
For your convenience, the GC Staff has assembled a list of quality vendors who will be able to meet your event needs. You may choose to use another vendor for your special event, a $50 vendor fee will be applied to your rental contract. Caterer must hold necessary licenses and meet with GC Staff prior to your event.
