These are reviewed as part of the application for the new building.  The application and process followed will either be a Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) or Final Development Plan (FDP).

Parking lot expansions or new stand-alone parking lots

A Final Development Plan application is requried, and the FDP process is followed.
