Consolidated Plans

A Consolidated Plan is a document HUD requires each entitlement agency to prepare in order to receive HUD’s grant money. A typical Consolidated Plan is normally a 3-year or 5-year plan that identifies local needs in housing and community development and establishes local goals to accomplish by utilizing HUD’s grant funds. The Consolidated Plan should also identify programs to be carried out and resources to be used as implementation strategies.

2010-2014 Consolidated Plan  and Related Tables

The City is currently in the process of preparing its 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan and it is scheduled to be completed by early May 2010. Public is encouraged to participate in a varieties of public involvement activities throughout the process, which include public surveys, citizen focus group discussions, public open houses, public hearings, public review and comments. Public is also encouraged to watch out for the City's news releases, news letters and media coverages to learn about the process and how you can participate.

Annual Action Plans

An Annual Action Plan is prepared by entitlement communities for the program year, which outlines in more detail what activities will be carried out and how they will be funded. The programmed activities in the Action Plan should help achieve the community’s long-term goals identified in the Consolidated Plan.

2006-07 Plan (For Program Year starting on July 1, 2006 and ending on June 30, 2007)
2007-08 Plan (For Program Year starting on July 1, 2007 and ending on June 30, 2008)
2008-09 Plan (For Program Year starting on July 1, 2008 and ending on June 30, 2009)
2009-10 Plan (For Program Year starting on July 1, 2009 and ending on June 30, 2010)
2010-11 Plan (For Program Year starting on July 1, 2010 and ending on June 30, 2011) and Related Tables
2011-12 Plan (For Program Year starting on July 1, 2011 and ending on June 30, 2012, pending HUD final approval)
