The CDBG Program is a federal program administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The City, as a Grantee, receives funds each year to meet HUD's National Objectives. Due to the complex nature of the program, it is not an easy task to develop a one-fits-all system that will meet the needs of everyone in an easy to use format. We recommend that you read on to see how you can make this website work for you.
If you are new to CDBG, we recommend that you go directly to the CDBG Frequently Asked Questions section under Community Development Block Grant (accessible from the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen) to see our answers to the most commonly asked questions about the CDBG program, the First Time Homebuyer program and Minor Home Repair program.
