Hiring range begins mid $40's annually DOQ plus and excellent benefit package.
Description
Duties of this position include water and sewer system maintenance and repair planning and excavation management; maintenance and repair program management; employee training and development; report preparation; budget management; inventory control; and emergency call-out supervision.
Requirements
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with five years experience in the construction, maintenance, and operation of water and/or wastewater assets. Must have prior supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team setting. Candidate must possess or obtain a DNR Operator’s Certification within six months of hire. Must be adept at Microsoft Office and have working knowledge of GIS and maintenance software systems.
