Chat with Mayor Rhoads in November - Opportunity to Renew Pet License & Adopt a Pet

Mark your calendar for “A Moment with the Mayor” from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, November 5, at Lee’s Summit Animal Control, 1991 SE Hamblen Road, Lee’s Summit.  Stop by to chat one-on-one with Mayor Rhoads about City topics in the news.

In addition, feel free to take this opportunity to purchase or renew pet licenses or even adopt an adorable cat or dog. There will be free giveaways for you and your pet while supplies last.

“I am excited to have an opportunity to sit down with the residents of our community to say hello and to address their questions about the City,” said Mayor Rhoads. “This is also an opportunity for members of the community to see the animals available for adoption at Animal Control.”

The next “A Moment with the Mayor” will be in spring 2012.
