This grant opportunity is available to non-profit organizations providing shelter for the homeless and aid in the transition to permanent housing. Funds were made available under the Emergency Shelter Grant Program (ESGP) as authorized by Subtitle B of Title IV of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act, distributed through the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development and administered by the Missouri Department of Social Services.
